We pride ourselves on our patients’ comfort. Dr. Gutiérrez’s staff can help you with questions about your treatment, insurance, and procedures. As a digital orthodontic practice we provide the latest technologies available to provide you with the best possible treatment outcome. Here’s what you should expect as a new patient:
There is no charge for your initial consult appointment, which will take approximately 1 hour. To save time, we ask that you complete the online forms prior to the appointment. If you are unable to fill out the form ahead of time, please arrive 10 minutes early and we will provide you with the form to complete at the office.
Since every case is unique and requires special attention, we will start by taking photos of your/your child’s face and teeth. This will enable Dr. Gutiérrez to accurately analyze your case. If more information is required, we may take one or two x-rays as well as a digital scan. And often provide a 3d computer simulation of your new smile.
If you/your child are ready for orthodontic treatment, Dr. Gutiérrez will personally go over all the treatment options and come up with a custom treatment plan together with you. We will also give you a financial quote and work out a payment plan that fits within your budget. We finance treatment in-house and do not charge any interest. If you have orthodontic insurance we accept most insurances and will help accept assignment so that you may get reimbursed from your insurance provider as per your coverage.
If your child is not ready for orthodontics, it would be our pleasure to monitor him/her yearly at no charge while tooth development and growth are still occurring until such time when treatment is indicated.
If you or your child are ready for treatment we offer same day starts for both Invisalign, Invisalign Teen, Invisalign -First Phase, Interceptive or Comprehensive Braces which ever options best suits you or your child.
The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment or be reimbursed for payment for any other service, examination or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee or reduced fee service, examination or treatment.
